From a High School Obsession to Full-Time Trading

Carmine started learning to trade in 2016, while he was still in high school. Coming from a family with ties to Wall Street, he was introduced to the markets early and became obsessed with how professional traders actually operate. At Manhattan College, where he studied accounting and finance and competed as a track athlete, he spent every free hour on charts, price action, market psychology, and futures.

The early years were hard. Like most traders, he went through a long stretch of trial and error, losses, and rebuilding before roughly two and a half years of intense screen time finally turned into consistency. During college he made a deal with his father: if he could generate a six-figure income from trading while still in school, he could skip the corporate route and trade full time. He hit that goal by the end of his sophomore year and went full time shortly after.
